When Dallas was yelling at Alli, I knew he wasn't really talking to her. He was really talking to himself because of the pain and regret for treating Cam the way he did.

How did I go from watching Spinner punching Declan to this 😢. I was literally just starting the season with Cam and this ruined it for me. I stopped watching after Riley and Zane left and I should have trusted my instincts. I saw how sad and depressed Cam was from the beginning but I honestly didn’t think it’d get to this point. He was such a sweet kid.

It’s sad how after Cam died Maya lost herself because she really loved him and cared for him she was hurting and she was in pain from losing someone she loved

Both of my grandfather's committed suicide. My mom actually walked in and saw her father hanging in the kitchen when she was one 14 years old. The one thing she has always told me is that you can't help anybody who is truly suicidal. Yes, sometimes being there can make somebody think twice, but, it is nobody's fault for somebody committing suicide. If they have made up their mind, they will do it and that's why I liked Maya's speech. He made a choice, and no one should feel guilty or feel as though it was their fault or that they could have done anything to prevent it. That's why I especially didn't like how Dallas reacted to Ali.

This is one of the main reasons I always hated Maya and Zig, he was an infection like no other and Maya allowed it to continue instead of just dumping Cam and dating Zig from the very beginning. It's the girl wants to turn the bad boy into a good guy trope. First it was Cam, then it was Miles. Maya's love for Zig was horrific.Say what you want about her older sister, Katie who was definitely a bitch in the first few seasons of Degrassi, but after a while you start to like her. She got dumped and later on karma took over. As soon as Bad girl Bianca got into college and Drew didn't, she dumped him because she was embarrassed by him. She reminds me of another girl from Friday Night Lights and The Get Down who did the exact same thing. It's the Overly Ambitious girl has huge dreams and wants zero distractions trope.

Honestly I thought it was messed up that Dallas scolded Alli like that, I mean she talked to Cam and gave him hope but I guess maybe she could’ve still told someone, but I think Dallas flipped like that to ignore how hard he was on Cam knowing he was part of the reason he killed himself, it was to ease his guilt, but hey I’m not blaming Dallas because death can have mixed effects on people

This scene really shows why Maya freaked out when Miles blocked her on FaceRange, and she started having a panic attack and threw the computer because she didn’t know what to expect. The last time her boyfriend disappeared he died, and she thought Miles was gonna do the same thing.

Dallas and Zig we're the most guilt ridden from this. Dallas for being to hard on Cam and Zig for throwing it in his face.

I dont care about these old ass comments, maya was a bitch. Its not that she felt angry/betrayed or because she tried to ignore any hint of emotion she may have felt. Its the indignant attitude to try to feel superior to ur dead boyfriend, like he killed himself to break her. Its the obviously resentment of the suicide that manifests at a candlelight vigil for the body thats barely cold in front of dozens of hurting children and possibly family. I dont care if she 14, 40, or 10 years old she should know better than the put her crap on everyone. And based on the end of this video she remains bitter and closed off, idk if she has a breakdown later in the show or something, but whatever in the context of this video and her immediate reaction to the suicide, she acted like a cold and bitter bitch, plain and simple.

I felt exactly like her, when it came to s******. I thought, how could this person allow their family and friends to go through the pain of losing them? They could have asked for help. Now as im older, I have a totally different mindset. Its not so black and white.

I remember back in 2013 I was on the brink of sadness and depression and all the bullying and pain in my life was building up and watching this episode and show made it hard to keep pushing and I remember sitting in my tech class and writing a suicide letter formed to look like a poem and then when it was read people coming to my rescue and realizing I may have this pain for a long time but I can keep going knowing others will be happy, I thank god for giving me the strength to make it to 2022

When I was 18, my first boyfriend committed suicide. It was a very different situation; he was manipulative and abusive, having threatened suicide from day 1 of our relationship, he threatened to do so if I didn't allow him to get me pregnant. My son is 5 now, about to go into kindergarten. If I even attempted to ask or suggest him getting help, he'd scream at me, call me horrible names, told me if I called someone he'd just fake his way out of the hospital they'd put him in and then end his life the second he got out. I was scared and didn't know what to do, but my son changed me and gave me the courage to leave him, no matter what happened. Two hours later he shot himself in the head in my driveway. Anyways, Maya's behavior aka her anger, and her speech, really hit home, made me cry. I went through all the phases, and there was numbness, anger, indifference, periods of absolutely uncontrollable sobbing, blaming others and screaming at them, blaming myself, etc. I feel like I've said things almost word for word that Maya said in that speech.
